note: You can adjust the cooking time for the brussels based on personal preference for crispiness. For a vegetarian or non-pork preparation sub in 1 tbsp of minced garlic & 1/2 of a small-medium sweet onion for the bacon, Cook the garlic and bacon for approximately 2 minutes before adding the jalapenos and brussels sprouts.
